The Meaning of Obidi’s Loop in the Theory of Entropicity (ToE) — How Entropy Generates Increased Mass at Relativistic Speeds
"Obidi’s Loop" is a central concept in the Theory of Entropicity (ToE), a new physics framework proposed by researcher John Onimisi Obidi.
The Concept of Obidi’s Loop
Obidi’s Loop describes a feedback mechanism related to the increase in mass as an object accelerates to high velocities, as explained within the framework of the Theory of Entropicity.
According to this theory, entropy is not merely a measure of disorder but a fundamental, causal field that constitutes physical reality.
Pertinent Scenarios In this ToE Model
High Velocity and Entropy:
When an object approaches the universe’s ultimate speed limit, the entropic field must allocate more capacity to maintain the object’s internal order and coherence in motion.
The Feedback Mechanism: The process works as a loop: the more an object accelerates, the more entropy the field must allocate to maintain its consistency. This increased entropic cost manifests as an increase in the object’s effective mass, which in turn demands even more entropic effort to continue accelerating.
Mass as Entropic Inertia:
In this theory, the increase in mass (a concept also present in Einstein’s Special Relativity) is explained not as a geometric artifact of spacetime, but as the physical reorganization and increased computational load on the entropic field.
Context
The Theory of Entropicity, including the concept of Obidi’s Loop, is presented in various research papers and articles, such as those published on Medium, ResearchGate, International Journal of Current Science and other scientific platforms.
